Tilly joined Ashcroft Mitchell McGregor in April 2026 and is a solicitor based in our Auckland office. She studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Otago.


Prior to joining the firm, Tilly worked on an employment advisory phoneline, providing advice on a wide range of workplace issues. She also gained experience as in-house solicitor, providing legal support across a variety of employment matters.


Tilly brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her work and is committed to helping clients feel supported when navigating workplace challenges.


Outside of the office, Tilly enjoys cooking, Pilates, and exploring Auckland's cafes and walking spots."
